As you can see from the picture, the plate is composed of mushroom (pset)  and seafood (kreurng samuth) from which it has been named. This is a worth trying plate. Its price can be as low as 2.5$ per serving, however, it's still tasty. If you want to try it at a minimum price, asking a local for the best choice.

Samlor Machu Kreurng Sach Koa is another famous Khmer gravy.This plate tastes a little bit sour from which it is called Machu literally means having a sour taste. To have this delicious plate, beef is cooked with coconut milk and other ingredients. You may wonder where the sour taste comes from. There is no secret to this. To make this plate taste sour, the cook simply adds Tamarind or other local natural ingredients. If you are in Cambodia, you may encounter different Samlor Machu Krerng.
