For Men : 5 ways to boost the health of your sperms

While I was scrolling my facebook news feed, I spotted an interesting article that talks about infertility and health of sperms. I was very interested because it's a matter of life, except you don't want to have a child. I followed the link and read the whole article. I found it good and thought it's worth sharing, so I decided to share it here in my blog with my own words.

The 5 ways mentioned in the article have been revealed by some studies of scientists from some famous universities like Harvard University, University of California and University of Southern Denmark. So let's see what the 5 ways are :
  1. Get enough sleep : At the University of Southern Denmark, 953 men were participating a study through which the size of their testicles and the number of their sperms were measured. The study revealed that those who had slept least had smaller testicles and lower number of sperms than those who had slept longer.
  2. Don't allow you laptop to stay on your lap: A study in Argentina has found that the radiation from the laptop's Wifi-connection can damage sperms' DNA and reduce their motility. Oh no! Even your cellphone is harmful.
  3. Use Radiation Shield: There are now radiation shield the protect you from radiation resulted from cellphone or laptop. The shield is said to be effective protector
  4. Eat Carrots : A study at University of California and another study published in Fertility and Sterility have found that eating carrots can effectively boost the health of sperms.
  5. Avoid bacon : A study presented at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine’s 2013 Annual Meeting in Boston revealed that eating red meat especially bacon can reduce the number of sperms.
